The Making History Podcast is a great site with all sorts of musings on writing and technology, as well as interviews with prominent historians. In particular, Patricia Nelson Limerick gives a reading of her essay, “Dancing with Professors” in which she meditates upon the dense prose that fills many a historian’s work. Here is part one.
BackStory, a radio program put out by the Virginia Foundation for the Humanities, brings historical background to a wide range of today’s issues. Not really about the intersection of writing and history, but an exciting program nonetheless.
